Nurse Practitioner

UCSF inpatient Hematology, Blood and Marrow Transplant unit is recruiting for Advanced Practice Provider – 3 days/week (salary $160K- $200K, $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS) Join a highly skilled, dynamic group of six NPs on the inpatient Hematology, Blood and Marrow Transplant unit at the Parnassus campus of UCSF Health. Our patient population includes those being treated for hematologic malignancies and those receiving stem cell transplant or cellular therapies. NP will work variable days of the week (7 am- 7pm shift), including 3 to 4 weekend shifts a month. The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Hematology, Blood and Marrow Transplant, and Cellular Therapy (HBC) Program seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to help grow our inpatient program. Requirements: • At least 3 years of direct experience in inpatient adult hematology, oncology and/or blood and marrow transplant as an RN, NP or combination thereof • Demonstrated competence in the following areas: clinical practice, communication, clinical case management, leadership, problem identification/resolution, and teaching • Flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations Competitive Compensation - UCSF Medical Center pays experienced candidate’s top market rates .
