We understand that many candidates explore opportunities while currently employed. We treat every conversation as confidential and do not share your information without your explicit permission.
Data Retention & Security
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To protect our forms from spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you submit a form, Turnstile processes limited technical signals — such as your IP address, browser user-agent, and similar device characteristics — to tell real visitors from bots.
