Recruiting Lead Advanced Practice Provider and additional Advanced Practice Providers for Neuro Intensive Care Unit on behalf of Cooper University Health Care I am recruiting a Lead Advanced Practice Provider for Neuro Intensive Care Unit on behalf of Cooper University Health Care in Southern NJ. Lead APP will be responsible for general oversight of the inpatient Neuroscience Advance Practice Providers, including education, communication, quality initiatives and scheduling of staff. The position would be 1/3 clinical (12-hour shift of variable day/night/weekend) and 2/3 administrative which means flexible hours around the clinical shift. Primarily, the admin hours will occur during the weekday’s daytime. They are also seeking additional full time advanced practice providers to join NeuroICU team. Experienced candidates are required (ICU, Neurosurgery, In-patient Neurology, Trauma, Surgery, Hospitalist, and/or Emergency Medicine) to meet the needs of this complex patient cohort. The Advance Practice Provider will manage neuro-critical care patients augmenting existing provider complement of 2 Neurointensivists along with rotational Residents in Neurology and Neurosurgery. The provider should be comfortable with reviewing imaging. The Advance Practice Provider will provide coverage on days, evening and weekends (12-hour shift x 3days/week). Compensation and Benefits: The salary range is 150K-160K depending on experience, plus an additional annual bonus of up to 10K. Lead APP receives an additional leadership bonus.
