The Big Island Multi-Specialty Practice is seeking Cardiology Nurse Practitioner There is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join Multi-specialty physician practice in Kailua Kona, Big Island Hawaii. The group is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner with minimum of 2 years' outpatinet cardiology experience. This is Monday-Friday, no weekends, no call position. ? Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests. Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide patient education on cardiac conditions, prevention, and management. Collaborate closely with the cardiology team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Participate in cardiac procedures and interventions as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Stay current with advances in cardiology through continuing education Work autonomously but also be willing to ask questions or collaborate when necessary. Help to maintain and support current programs. The ideal candidate will provide health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention, and caring for patients ranging in age. This position requires a high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients and co-workers.
