New Jersey Academic Neuroscience Institute is recruiting an Epileptologist We are recruiting a Neurologists with fellowship training in Epilpesy or the Department of Neurology at Cooper Neurological Institute and Cooper University Health Care. The position will be primarily outpatient in clinic ( in Cherry Hill and Deptford) and reading EEGs with the option toi nclude rounding in the npatient EMU. The Cooper Epilepsy Center is accredited by the NAEC as a level 4 epilepsy center. Preference will be given to those demonstrating excellence in patient care, enthusiasm for medical student and resident education, and interest in clinical or translational research. The Neurology Residency Program at Cooper University Hospital is a four-year categorical program. The Department of Neurology has 29 physicians and 15 APPs and continues to expand. Cooper was the first Joint Commission Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center in South Jersey and is certified as a level 4 epilepsy center by the National Association of Epilepsy Centers. Their specialists work closely with our colleagues in neurosurgery, physical medicine and rehabilitation, psychiatry, and neuropsychology. They utilize EPIC electronic medical record system.
