This is a full-time, permanent position working alongside a highly regarded cardiac surgeon known for his expertise and patient care. If you're a skilled PA with a collaborative and independent approach, this could be the ideal opportunity for you! Position Highlights: • Schedule: Monday-Friday with no weekends and no call o Clinic days: 8am - 5:30pm (primarily in-office with patient consultations) o Surgery days: 7am - 4pm (OR-based, performing advanced cardiothoracic procedures) • Setting: A mix of hospital and office-based practice o Surgical responsibilities: 30-40% OR time, including endoscopic vein harvesting o Office responsibilities: 60-70% patient consultations and follow-ups o Hospital rounding: Daily, no ICU duties Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: $190,000 - $260,000 annually, with potential for up to 3% annual increases • Sign-on bonus • Relocation assistance • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement What We're Looking For: • 5+ years of Cardiothoracic Surgery experience with a strong background in endoscopic vein harvesting • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative and collegial team player • Experience with closing procedures and hospital rounding • A positive, team-oriented mindset to help maintain the strong culture within our group This role offers a great work-life balance with no weekends, no call, and the chance to work in a supportive and friendly environment.
