Knoxville, Tennessee Join a well-established, thriving GI practice with four decades of excellence in East Tennessee. ________________________________________ POSITION DETAILS • Join Knoxville Gastrointestinal Specialists, P.C. as the fourth BC/BE Gastroenterologist • Practice located at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center, downtown Knoxville • Outpatient-focused practice with rounding and consults for group patients only • Separate GI group covers inpatient call • Call is one week at a time; consults average 2–5 per week • ERCP preferred but not required • Full-time support from two Nurse Practitioners • Established referral base with immediate patient volume • Procedure wait times averaging 6 weeks • Candidates in training may qualify for a living stipend • J-1 Visa Sponsorship Available ________________________________________ POSITION REQUIREMENTS • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology • Eligible for Tennessee medical licensure • ERCP skills preferred (not required) • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care • Strong clinical and collaborative skills ________________________________________ COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Competitive compensation package • Sign-on bonus • Relocation assistance • Comprehensive benefits package • Student Loan Forgiveness Eligible Employer (PSLF) • Candidates in training may qualify for a living stipend • No State Income Tax in Tennessee As a qualifying employer under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program, full-time employees may be eligible to have federal student loans forgiven after meeting program requirements. ________________________________________ WHY LIVE IN KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE?
